Tucker Callaway is the Chief Executive Officer of Mezmo. Tucker has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software, with an emphasis on developer and DevOps tools. He is responsible for driving Mezmo’s growth across all revenue streams and creating the foundation for future revenue streams and go-to-market strategies. Tucker joined Mezmo in January, 2020 as President and CRO and took the torch as CEO six months later.

Prior to Mezmo, Tucker served as CRO of Sauce Labs and Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Chef. He holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Tucker and his wife, Andi Callaway, founded the Nephrotic Syndrome Foundation, a non-profit organization supporting those diagnosed with Nephrotic Syndrome, their families, and the ongoing search for a cure.

Caitlin Haberberger is the Chief Financial Officer at Mezmo. Caitlin leads the teams that are responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, legal and operations at Mezmo.

Prior to joining Mezmo, Caitlin held financial leadership roles at enterprise technology companies including Amplitude and Hearsay Systems. Her background includes public accounting experience as well as holding accounting, finance and investor relations roles at leading technology companies.

Caitlin joins Mezmo after serving as the CFO of Turnitin LLC, an education technology company. Caitlin holds a BA in Economics and Urban Planning from Connecticut College.

Amy Veater is the Vice President of People at Mezmo. She is a seasoned Human Resource and Talent Acquisition leader with a proven track record of assembling high performing teams for hyper-growth companies throughout Silicon Valley.

Prior to joining Mezmo, Amy was the Head of People and Culture at AVI Networks, where she developed and led all HR and staffing initiatives, contributing to the company’s successful acquisition by VMWare. Prior to joining AVI Networks, Amy coached the management team and grew key organizations at Palo Alto Networks. Amy also held senior leadership roles in both Human Resources and Recruiting at Network Appliance. During her seven years there, she provided all strategic and operational support for R&D, Mergers and Acquisitions, and worldwide Marketing, including the recruitment of key executives within these functions. Her operations experience includes being part of the team to set up Network Appliance’s first development and support office in Bangalore, India.

Amy began her career in Talent Acquisition and remains passionate about finding the right people who will help scale a company to the next level. She holds a BS in Psychology from Brigham Young University.

Prior to Mezmo, Buddy held product executive roles at New Relic and Akamai, as well as previously founding a company in the front-end monitoring space. His background includes product and engineering leadership at scales ranging from early stage startups to public companies."

Joe Pynadath is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry. He has a long track record of success in leading revenue organizations of companies to high growth as they take new products to market.

He most recently was the VP of EMEA for Sauce Labs and prior to that, the GM of EMEA for Chef Software, resulting in accelerated growth in new markets for both companies. Before that, he was the VP of WW Sales for Digital Fuel, resulting in their acquisition by VMware, where he continued on to lead their ITBM business efforts.

He also held several senior leadership roles at Mercury Interactive over an eight-year period and was part of their acquisition by HP, where he continued to lead sales teams responsible for bringing new products to market.

His product and marketing expertise stems from various leadership roles at large public enterprise software companies including Veeva Systems, Oracle, KANA, Progress, and Amdocs. Sven Delmas is VP of Engineering at LogDNA. Sven leads the development team, as well as the teams responsible for operating the company’s cloud offering. Sven has been building and leading engineering teams for more than 20 years ranging from small startup teams to large globally distributed teams. Sven joined LogDNA after being responsible for the engineering organization at DataStax, the company that productized Apache Cassandra. Sven holds the degree of Diplom Informatiker from the Technical University Berlin in Germany.

When not changing the face of software engineering, Sven likes to save virtual worlds from the forces of evil, golf on courses designed for playability, and spend time with his family.

Norman Hsieh is the Vice President of Business Development of LogDNA. He oversees partnerships, alliances, and channels and is responsible for the success of our relationship with IBM Cloud.

Prior to joining LogDNA, Norman was an early hire at Ripple where he lead the efforts to build and develop an API platform for financial services to perform cross border payments over blockchain. Also an early hire at Yammer, Norman was a critical part of building the platform team which was responsible for growing the overall partner ecosystem from 0 to hundreds of partners. The partnerships were crucial to Yammer’s hyper-growth success and led to its acquisition in the fall of 2013 by Microsoft.

Norman holds a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Chris Nguyen is a Co-founder of LogDNA. Chris was the company’s founding CEO from 2016 to 2020. His leadership led to LogDNA’s partnership with tech giant, IBM, and recognition as a Forbes 2019 Cloud 100 Rising Star.

Prior to LogDNA, Chris founded two other companies with Lee Liu: TeamSave, a joint venture with eBay Classified Group, and JobLoft, which was acquired by onTargetjobs/Warburg Pincus Portfolio. He served as CEO of both companies.

Garry is a designer/engineer turned early stage investor. He was a partner at Y Combinator for nearly five years where he advised and funded over 600 companies and more than a thousand founders. He was cofounder of YC-backed blog platform Posterous (Top 200 Quantcast site, acquired by Twitter in 2012).

Before that he was employee #10 at Palantir, where he was a founding member of the engineering team for Palantir's financial analysis product, and also designed Palantir's logo. Garry then built Initialized Capital into a standalone San Francisco-based early-stage venture capital firm with $1B assets under management and more than 200 companies in the portfolio.

He has a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from Stanford.

Michel is the Chief Product Officer of Research at Qualtrics and member of the board of directors for Mezmo and Puppet.

She was previously the co-founder and CEO of usermind, responsible for company vision, strategic direction, planning and execution. Michel’s enterprise software career spans almost 20 years with roles in sales, products, strategic marketing and general management. Before founding usermind, Michel was VP of Products at Apptio, where she drove product strategy, defined the category and discipline of Technology Business Management and helped grow the company from 30 to almost 400 employees.

Michel led the acquisition of Opsware by HP Software for $1.6B, managed the combined Opsware, Radia and AppIq product teams and defined the Service Automation category. She also spent almost 8 years at Mercury Interactive learning how to build world class products like LoadRunner and QualityCenter which made customer’s lives better.
