LogDNA has received $50 million in Series D funding.

LogDNA, cloud observability and data platform provider based in San Francisco, CA, has raised $50 million in Series D funding. NightDragon led the round, which also included Emergence and Initialized Capital.

LogDNA, led by CEO Tucker Callaway, is a cloud-first complete platform.

It helps modern engineering teams at hyper-growth startups and Fortune 500 organizations, such as Asics, Better.com, Sysdig, and 6 River Systems. It leverages the value of observability data in real-time and at a hyper-scale. This company also serves global technology businesses like Lifesize and Reltio and key platforms and service providers like IBM Cloud and Armor.

The funding will help LogDNA speed up the development of a new observability data pipeline system. It will allow businesses to ingest all their data into a single platform. First, it will normalize it and then route it to the right teams to take action immediately.

The solution will be widely available in 2022. LogDNA wants to develop its strategic alliances to support new cloud and services providers, platforms, and technical integrations and continue rapidly expanding its team to support its growth and innovation.
