LogDNA, a San Francisco, CA-based cloud observability data platform provider, raised $50M in Series D funding.

The round was led by NightDragon with participation from Emergence and Initialized Capital.

Led by Tucker Callaway, CEO, LogDNA provides a cloud first comprehensive platform for modern engineering teams at hyper-growth startups and Fortune 500 companies, including Asics, Better.com, Sysdig, and 6 River Systems to maximize the value of observability data in real time and at hyperscale. The company also serves global technology brands like Lifesize and Reltio, as well as major platforms and service providers such as IBM Cloud and Armor.

The investment allows LogDNA to accelerate time to market for a new observability data pipeline solution, which will enable enterprises to ingest all of their data to a single platform, normalize it, and seamlessly route it to the appropriate teams, so they can take meaningful action quickly. The solution will be generally available in 2022. LogDNA will also continue rapidly expanding its team to support its growth and innovation, and it plans to expand its strategic partnerships to support more cloud and services providers, platforms, and technical integrations.
