Emergence Capital led the Series C funding of this log management software provider which also said it promoted President Tucker Callaway to take over as CEO. Co-founder and current CEO Chris Nguyen will transition to the role of chief strategy officer. Joining in the funding were Initialized Capital, Providence Equity, TI Platform Management, Radianx Capital, Top Tier Capital and Trend Forward Capital.
